My Doula practice involves creating a deep connection with my clients, sharing my knowledge of all things birth and postpartum, and focusing on education to help my clients be well informed to make decisions for their birth experience. I listen to what my clients are looking for and need in their postpartum journey and offer my assistance to ease them into the next chapter. I provide the space and time to make the preparation and birth a relaxing and joyous adventure. I provide emotional support, physical support, knowledge and experience about birth and the pregnant body.

A Birth/Labour Doula is a professional birth coach that provides guidance and serves the birthing person and their team. Birth/Labour Doulas are keepers of knowledge about the pregnant body and hold a lot of experience with the birthing journey. Although Doulas are not medical professionals, Doulas have a deep understanding of the pregnant body, and the birthing/labour process. Birth/Labour Doulas are a birthing guide that are proven to create an easier and more successful birth story.

A Postpartum Doula is a professional postnatal aid that provides guidance and serves the postpartum person in their new journey and recovery. Postpartum Doulas are keepers of knowledge about the postpartum body and hold a lot of experience with babies, chestfeeding, postpartum recovery and helping with the new transition to parenthood. Postpartum Doulas are a support and guide that help navigate families through the next chapter after birth.
